Led by its National President Vic Avila, more or less 350 “Kuya’s” from the host region Northern Mindanao, Western Mindanao, Southern Mindanao, ARMM and NCR regions came to discuss and strengthen any developments for the eagleism advocacy and the election of new set of national officers.
With its theme Service through Strong Brotherhood, the First Philippine Born Fraternal Socio-Civic Organization also celebrated its 30th founding year was formally opened yesterday (November 27) at Grand Caprice,CDO.
Mayor Constantino Jaraula who represented by the city Legislative council Majority Floor Leader Atty. Monching Tabor warmly welcome the Eagles but challenge them to pursue its mission on the eagles advocacy and peace in Mindanao.

During the regular assembly done in the afternoon, National president Vic Avila call the order to bring the bacon of every region for their reports, bills and resolutions for better eagle regions. Said reports from regions governors, treasurer, and the secretary general assure the congress that eaglism so far had achieved its goals.
National EVP Elquin Lim of Cagayan de Oro Eagles Club said that unification of the regions must be prioritized, a monthly project focused into one project-once a month nationwide, and environmental projects.
“I smell some faction now but, hoping that it is not true, the eagles of this country as we serve with a string brotherhood should sit down to settle thingsd and focused to its development thru the eagles way” He said.
The two days national congress will be expecting more discussion and the new set of national officers after the election and ideas and thoughts from guest like Gov. Oscar Moreno of Misamis Oriental, Congressman Rufus Rodriguez, LWUA Administrator Eagle Butch Pichay, former DND Secretary Gibo Teodoro and former President Eagle Joseph “Erap” Estrada.
